The MURAL festival is back for its 10th edition and it’s the perfect time to show off your best streetwear inspired looks! The festival takes place in the heart of Montreal on the Saint-Laurent Boulevard where several visual artists and musicians are invited to celebrate and animate this inspiring space. From June 9th to June 19th, Montrealers will enjoy the many murals created by impressive artists. MURAL also offers the opportunity to attend live music shows every night.
To help you stand out from the crowd and be the most fashionable person at the festival, we have put together 10 stylish, colorful and comfy looks (yes, you’ll be walking a lot).
For this first outfit, we suggest this beautiful Beurd shirt, worn unbuttoned with a simple t-shirt underneath. You can also choose to keep your buttons closed. To complete the look, we chose these cargo pants from Dime, paired with these orange Vans from Ssense. This combo will create a colorful contrast.
Trendy and colorful, the House of Sunny dress (available at Simons) will not go unnoticed! You can wear it with a pair of platform sandals from L’intervalle and to add a little Y2K touch, we suggest these Aldo sunglasses.
For a colorful festival like MURAL, you should opt for THE trendy color of the season: pink. Therefore, we suggest a fishnet and bralette combo from Vêtements Mamé that you can pair with a black pants with contrasting seams from Simons.
Remaining in the on-trend pink (go big or go home), we suggest this tie dye look : a Praise Endurance t-shirt with a short from Stüssy available at Off The Hook. For a comfortable, stylish, but also practical outfit, add a tote bag !
Are you afraid of making a faux pas by mixing colors? We suggest you mix royal blue and white, a guaranteed win! The Oak and Fort pants mix well with the blue used on the Le Cartel t-shirt. To complete the simple but original look, you can opt for a pair of Reebok (Little Burgundy).
If you like to have fun mixing colors, go for it! Here we have selected an Aritzia green top and a Dickies pink pants (available at Simons). To complete the look, we suggest these amazing hair clips from Pixie Woo.
From the office to the festival with no time to change? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Add an Optional Clothing white cap and a pair of Converses platforms to your outfit and voila! We love this green cropped blazer and skirt combo from Dynamite paired with sneakers and a cap.
If you want to stand out in the crowd or be easy to spot by your friends, this outfit is for you! Comfortable and fashionable, pair the La Vie Professionnelle t-shirt with dark green pants found at Empire. Finish the look with a pair of Veja Velcro sneakers (available at Simons).
